An Invitation
Something in you
is ready.
Maybe you can feel it. That quiet pull toward something you cannot quite name. A knowing that there is more. That the grief, the heaviness, the patterns you keep returning to are not permanent. They are asking to be seen.
Plant medicine ceremonies are one of the oldest forms of healing on this Earth. Long before modern medicine, indigenous cultures across the world understood that the body, the mind, and the spirit needed to be tended together. That some healing happens in the dark, with music, with breath, with the earth beneath you.
You do not need to understand all of it before you arrive.
You just need to be willing.

What is your intention?

The power of intention
When you embark on a sacred journey, intention is one of the most powerful tools you carry. It is not a rigid goal or a wish list for the medicine. It is a direction a compass for your inner landscape.
Intention is about focusing on the what rather than the how. What you want to heal. What you are ready to release. What you want to understand about yourself. The medicine will find its own path there.
It is important to know: the plant gives you what you need, not always what you expect. Come with a clear intention and an open hand. You need both the direction and the willingness to surrender to wherever it leads.
Setting yours
Your intention should feel personal and true to where you are right now. It is not set in stone it serves as a living map, something you can hold lightly and revisit as the journey unfolds.
Some questions to sit with before your ceremony:
- ◇What is weighing heaviest on me right now?
- ◇What pattern keeps returning in my life?
- ◇What do I most want to understand about myself?
- ◇What am I ready to release?
- ◇What do I want to call in?
Common intention themes
Speak to the plant and ask her questions. This is an inside job travelling through your internal landscape.

Ceremony Facilitator · Sound Alchemist · Integration Coach
There is a thread that runs through everything I do. Music, movement, medicine, and the sacred space between them. I am a Ceremony Facilitator, Intimacy Coach, and DJ. I have trained in Tantric Vinyasa Yoga, Breathwork, and 5 Elements Dance Activation, and I work deeply with plant medicine as a path to healing and remembrance. Each of these paths has led me to the same place: the profound human capacity to heal, remember, and come home to ourselves.
But what brought me to this work goes deeper than training.
I came to plant medicine through my own healing. Through a body I spent years trying to fix rather than love. Through grief losing my father and my grandmother within two years of each other. Through a relationship that showed me exactly what it feels like to lose yourself completely, and then find the way back.
The medicine was part of how I healed. It cracked me open and showed me what was always true. And it changed everything. I knew then that holding this space for others was what I was here to do.
When you sit with me, you sit with someone who has both studied this work with care and lived it from the inside. I work as a channel my role is to create the most beautiful, safe, held container I can, and then follow what wants to move through.
Nothing brings me more joy and purpose in this lifetime.

Before Your Journey
Sacred Preparation
Your body is the vessel the medicine travels through. In the two days before your ceremony, we ask you to keep it as clean and clear as possible. The lighter and purer your system, the more fully the medicine can absorb and the deeper it can take you. This is not a rule it is an act of reverence for yourself and for the work.
