What People Experience

A profound sense of connection. To yourself, your ancestors, and the Earth.

Many people who have journeyed with me describe it as the most powerful, uplifting, and influential inner work they have ever done. Not because it is easy. Because it is real.

This is a pathway of letting go of control and the ego. A closer connection to your soul's purpose and your purest states of being.

An Invitation

Something in you
is ready.

Maybe you can feel it. That quiet pull toward something you cannot quite name. A knowing that there is more. That the grief, the heaviness, the patterns you keep returning to are not permanent. They are asking to be seen.

Plant medicine ceremonies are one of the oldest forms of healing on this Earth. Long before modern medicine, indigenous cultures across the world understood that the body, the mind, and the spirit needed to be tended together. That some healing happens in the dark, with music, with breath, with the earth beneath you.

You do not need to understand all of it before you arrive.
You just need to be willing.

The Medicine

The sacred mushroom has been humanity's teacher for thousands of years.

Known to the Aztecs as teonanácatl flesh of the gods psilocybin mushrooms have been used in sacred ceremony across indigenous cultures for thousands of years. They were never recreational. They were medicine. They were teachers. They were a doorway.

Modern research now confirms what ancient wisdom always knew. Psilocybin creates new neural pathways, dissolves the patterns of the ego mind, and allows the deeper self to come forward. Studies at Johns Hopkins, Imperial College London and NYU show profound results for depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction and end-of-life distress.

In ceremony, held with intention and care, the medicine goes where it is needed. It surfaces what has been buried. It loosens what has been held too tight. And it opens a space of clarity, compassion and deep truth that most people have never accessed before.

The mushroom gives you what you need not always what you expect. Come with an open heart and the willingness to surrender.

The Sacred Arc

The Journey

Prepare · Ceremony · Integrate

01

Prepare

Before we meet in ceremony, we meet in truth. In your preparation session we go deep into what is calling you to this work. What you want to heal. What you are ready to release. What you want to call in.

You receive dietary guidelines, practical tools, and a framework for how to surrender when the moment comes. This session is the foundation everything else rests on.

02

Ceremony

You arrive into a space created entirely for you. Flowers, candlelight, a curated altar, crystals, blankets to cocoon you in comfort. The kind of space that tells your nervous system: you are safe here.

We begin with cacao, a heart opening to ground you before the journey. Then you receive the earth medicine. For the next six hours I am with you, present and responding to what moves through you with sound, energy work, and gentle guidance. The music I play is not a playlist. It is a living soundscape curated in real time, guiding your journey from the inside.

At the end we return together. You are grounded and nourished, and then welcomed into a beautiful, tranquil villa where you will stay overnight to rest, integrate, and allow the ceremony to continue its quiet work in a sacred and peaceful space.

03

Integrate

This is where the real transformation lives.

The ceremony gives you the experience. Integration gives it meaning. Without this step, even the most profound journey fades into a memory rather than becoming a lived change. This is the part most people skip and it is the most important part of all.

In your integration session, we sit together and look at everything that surfaced. The insights, the emotions, the realisations, the things that came through that you did not expect. We map what shifted and build a clear path for how to bring it into your actual life your relationships, your daily habits, your sense of self.

Integration practices I guide you through include journaling and reflection to anchor what you learned, movement and breath to keep the body processing what the medicine opened, meditation to stay connected to the expanded state, and nature connection to maintain your relationship with the earth and the medicine.

This is not a debrief. It is a continuation of the ceremony itself just with your feet on the ground.

What is your intention?

Clear intentions have the power to change the world.

The power of intention

When you embark on a sacred journey, intention is one of the most powerful tools you carry. It is not a rigid goal or a wish list for the medicine. It is a direction a compass for your inner landscape.

Intention is about focusing on the what rather than the how. What you want to heal. What you are ready to release. What you want to understand about yourself. The medicine will find its own path there.

It is important to know: the plant gives you what you need, not always what you expect. Come with a clear intention and an open hand. You need both the direction and the willingness to surrender to wherever it leads.

Setting yours

Your intention should feel personal and true to where you are right now. It is not set in stone it serves as a living map, something you can hold lightly and revisit as the journey unfolds.

Some questions to sit with before your ceremony:

  • What is weighing heaviest on me right now?
  • What pattern keeps returning in my life?
  • What do I most want to understand about myself?
  • What am I ready to release?
  • What do I want to call in?

Jasmine Oh Sacred Healing Journey

Jasmine Oh

Ceremony Facilitator · Sound Alchemist · Integration Coach

There is a thread that runs through everything I do. Music, movement, medicine, and the sacred space between them. I am a Ceremony Facilitator, Intimacy Coach, and DJ. I have trained in Tantric Vinyasa Yoga, Breathwork, and 5 Elements Dance Activation, and I work deeply with plant medicine as a path to healing and remembrance. Each of these paths has led me to the same place: the profound human capacity to heal, remember, and come home to ourselves.

But what brought me to this work goes deeper than training.

I came to plant medicine through my own healing. Through a body I spent years trying to fix rather than love. Through grief losing my father and my grandmother within two years of each other. Through a relationship that showed me exactly what it feels like to lose yourself completely, and then find the way back.

The medicine was part of how I healed. It cracked me open and showed me what was always true. And it changed everything. I knew then that holding this space for others was what I was here to do.

When you sit with me, you sit with someone who has both studied this work with care and lived it from the inside. I work as a channel my role is to create the most beautiful, safe, held container I can, and then follow what wants to move through.

Nothing brings me more joy and purpose in this lifetime.
